Using an ampersand in an Access control Caption

If you've ever tried to include an ampersand (&) in the Caption property of a control, you've probably found that the results are different from what you expect. For instance,

Caption: This & That

Displays: This _That

That's because Access interprets the ampersand as a means of setting up a shortcut key combination to let you select the control. The trick is to use two ampersands (&&) instead of one in the Caption.

Caption: This && That

Displays: This & That
